Key responsibilities
- Overall command of the vessel, crew and operations
- Ensure safe navigation, maneuvering and station keeping
- Plan and supervise cargo and deck operations to client requirements
- Maintain compliance with flag state, class, ISM and company procedures
- Lead and develop the bridge and deck teams
- Oversee emergency drills, safety training and permit-to-work systems
Requirements
- Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC, meeting UK/flag requirements
- Recent experience as Master or Chief Officer on PSV or offshore vessels
- Strong DP and offshore operations background (DP-related certificates preferred/required as per client)
- Valid STCW certificates, medical and seafarer documents in line with international standards
- UK National or holding UK Work Permit / UK Visa
- Good command of English, with clear communication and leadership skills
