Join OSM Thome as a Steward/Stewardess onboard a RORO/ROPAX vessel trading in UK waters. You will help secure smooth hotel and catering operations at sea, ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment for crew and passengers.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist with meal service in pantry, messroom and passenger areas
- Maintain cleanliness of cabins, messrooms, public spaces and sanitary areas
- Support galley crew with basic food preparation and dishwashing
- Handle linen, laundry and cabin stores as directed
- Follow onboard hygiene, safety and security procedures at all times
- Provide polite and efficient service to officers, crew and passengers
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as Steward/Stewardess at sea, preferably on RORO/ROPAX
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness (as per flag and company requirements)
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and good teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and in all weather conditions
