Join OSM Thome as Shop Staff on a RORO/ROPAX vessel sailing between the Netherlands and England. You will work in the onboard shop, serving passengers and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation at sea.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve passengers in the shop in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Restock shelves and keep the shop clean and tidy
- Assist with inventory checks and stock control
- Follow all safety and security procedures on board
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working and living onboard for contract periods
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of shipboard safety rules (STCW certificates an advantage)
