- Key responsibilities:
- Carry out mooring and unmooring operations
- Handle cargo, ramps and lashings on RORO/ROPAX deck
- Stand watch on deck and on the bridge as lookout
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, painting and greasing
- Follow safety procedures and take part in drills
- Assist officers and bosun with daily deck work
- Requirements:
- Valid AB certificate and seaman’s documents
- Previous experience on RORO/ROPAX or similar vessel preferred
- STCW certificates up to date
- Good spoken English for shipboard communication
- Medically fit for sea service
- Ready to work in a team and follow instructions
