Join OSM Thome as an Assistant Waiter on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will support the restaurant team in serving guests, keeping service areas clean and tidy, and helping to provide a pleasant dining experience at sea.
Key responsibilities
- Assist waiters in serving food and drinks to passengers
- Prepare tables and dining areas before and after service
- Clear and clean tables, and handle basic cleaning tasks in service areas
- Support the team during busy meal times
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or shipboard service is an advantage
- Good spoken English
- Customer-oriented attitude and polite manners
- Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Fit for duty and able to work and live onboard
