Key responsibilities
- Carry out deck work, mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations
- Assist with cargo handling and tank operations under officer’s supervision
- Stand wheel and lookout watch as required
- Perform routine maintenance, chipping, painting, and cleaning on deck
- Follow safety procedures and participate in drills and inspections
Requirements
- Valid AB Deck CoC and STCW certificates compliant for chemical tankers
- Previous experience on chemical or product tankers preferred
- Valid medical certificate and seafarer’s documents
- Good English communication skills
- Fit for deck work and willing to follow safety rules at all times
