As a Project & Admin Assistant, your role will include the following important responsibilities:
- Assist the tender team as they respond to customer inquiries including sourcing supplier quotes, document handling (mainly electronic)
- Assist the team in day-to-day general office tasks
- Maintain CRM database
- Updating social media platforms
- Meeting minutes as requested by Management.
- Monitor tender portals and industry panels.
- Assist with bid-related QA requirements
- Preparing and formatting PPT presentations
- Adhoc tasks as directed by the Managing Director and General Manager
To be successful in this role, you will need to check the following:
- Previous proposals experience desirable (but not essential)
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Thrive under pressure, prioritizing workload and managing conflicting deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude with good attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Be tech-savvy and able to work with online management portals
- Be personally well-organized and able to understand office and project workflows
- Have a flexible approach to daily tasks
- Be able to listen actively and retain information accurately
- Be able to work independently using your initiative and with others in a cohesive team environment
- Be willing to learn as a proactive team member & office all-rounder.
