Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology (preferred).
• Advanced English (preferred).
• Experience with HR in maritime companies and Crew management.
• Knowledge in data analysis

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for clients and crew.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
• Manage crew records, contracts, and planning.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and salary adjustments.
• Coordinate training and promotions.
• Conduct vessel visits and report incidents.
