Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Experience in training development or competency assurance within engineering or technical projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking training schedules and documentation.
- Ability to create clear, concise training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and assessment tools.
- Familiarity with maintaining structured training records and databases.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to support training activities across teams.
- Proficiency in English.
Tasks:
- Assist in creating training strategies, schedules, and matrices tailored to project needs.
- Develop instructional content, including manuals, presentations, practical guides, and evaluation materials.
- Coordinate and monitor training sessions, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Keep comprehensive records of all training activities and participant progress.
- Provide ongoing support to the lead in managing training logistics and documentation.
