• Job Title: Commissioning Training Coordinator - Competency Assurance and Training Coordinator.
• Projects: Onshore.
• Location: Indonesia.
• Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Experience in training development or competency assurance within engineering or technical projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking training schedules and documentation.
• Ability to create clear, concise training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts, and assessment tools.
• Familiarity with maintaining structured training records and databases.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to support training activities across teams.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Assist in creating training strategies, schedules, and matrices tailored to project needs.
• Develop instructional content, including manuals, presentations, practical guides, and evaluation materials.
• Coordinate and monitor training sessions, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Keep comprehensive records of all training activities and participant progress.
• Provide ongoing support to the lead in managing training logistics and documentation.
