Information about the job:

• Job Title:  Commissioning System Completion Engineer.
• Projects: Onshore.
• Location: Indonesia.
• Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.
• Salary: Please state your realistic expected monthly wage when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. 
• Start date: ASAP.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience in coordinating industrial plant or utilities projects from construction through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical completion processes and commissioning priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Understanding of safety, environmental, and quality standards in construction projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in tracking project progress and preparing documentation for system handovers.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to environmental standards on site.
• Monitor compliance with project quality and contractual obligations.
• Implement tools and methods to track construction and pre-commissioning progress.
• Supervise field activities according to system completion priorities.
• Organize walkthroughs with clients and teams to identify actions required for completion.
• Lead coordination meetings to optimize system handovers and resolve potential delays.
• Manage completion punch lists, verifying both completed and pending items.
• Prepare and maintain certification dossiers to meet mechanical completion requirements.
