Information about the job:

• Job Title: Production Panel Operator.
• Projects: Onshore.
• Location: Indonesia.
• Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.
• Salary: Please state your realistic expected monthly wage when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. 
• Start date: ASAP.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience in operating industrial plants or complex systems.
• Strong understanding of HSE practices and safety procedures in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with control systems such as DCS, PLC, fire and gas, and ESD systems.
• Ability to monitor equipment performance and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Experience with maintenance, inspection, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, technicians, and operations teams.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Oversee plant operations from the control room and field locations.
• Execute commissioning, start-up, and operational procedures safely and on schedule.
• Monitor and log plant parameters, ensuring efficient and safe performance.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions to protect personnel, equipment, and the environment.
• Follow permit-to-work protocols and verify safety measures before starting tasks.
• Conduct routine safety and quality checks; report findings promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors on operational decisions and emergency actions.
• Maintain accurate historical data on production, injection, and equipment status.
• Support new system commissioning and DCS or PLC configuration updates.
• Ensure company standards and local guidelines are consistently applied.
