Information about the job:

• Job Title: Commissioning Punch List Coordinator.
• Projects: Onshore.
• Location: Indonesia.
• Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.
• Salary: Please state your realistic expected monthly wage when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. 
• Start date: ASAP.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Solid background in construction project execution, with exposure to multiple disciplines (engineering, commissioning, construction).
• Familiarity with punch list processes, documentation, and closure methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards within industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients.
• Skilled in reporting, tracking systems, and maintaining accurate records.
• Effective communicator with negotiation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of punch list management, from identification to closure.
• Organize and lead site walkdowns to capture and document outstanding items.
• Assign ownership of punch list issues, ensuring accurate categorization and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and construction teams to resolve open points.
• Provide regular reports on punch list status, including forecasts for closure dates.
• Ensure corrective measures are implemented, verified, and formally accepted by the client.
• Facilitate client discussions on punch list content, priorities, and classifications in line with contract requirements.
• Maintain a complete archive of all punch list documentation for traceability.
• Promote safe practices on site and verify compliance with quality and environmental standards.
