  • Location: Indonesia.
  • Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

  • Solid track record in commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness of industrial or energy projects
  • Strong knowledge of engineering deliverables and ability to assess technical documentation.
  • Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and execution control.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, licensors, and subcontractors during commissioning activities.
  • Familiarity with preparation of commissioning manuals, test protocols, and training materials.
  • Understanding of HSE integration into project execution, including compliance with international standards.
  • Capable of reviewing 3D plant models for accessibility, operability, and commissioning compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant international frameworks (IMO, SOLAS, ISPS, MARPOL, classification societies).
  • Experience supporting hazard analysis (e.g., HAZOP) and KPI verification processes.
  • Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

  • Review project contracts to identify commissioning and operational obligations.
  • Confirm that commissioning and start-up needs are reflected in engineering documentation
  • Prepare and maintain execution strategies for commissioning, start-up, test runs, and training.
  • Oversee the creation and validation of operating manuals, test procedures, and handover documentation.
  • Define vendor and licensor involvement, schedules, and deliverables for commissioning phases.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to outline subcontractor scopes and technical requirements.
  • Develop integrated commissioning schedules and define temporary logistics needs.
  • Monitor tools, methods, and resources required to achieve commissioning objectives.
  • Attend project reviews to ensure compliance with commissioning requirements.
  • Support preparation and validation of HSE documentation for commissioning and start-up.
  • Participate in safety review meetings when required.
  • Review 3D design models to validate operability and commissioning accessibility.
  • Track and confirm key performance indicators during office-based activities.
