Information about the job:

• Job Title: Commissioning Telecom Supervisor.
• Projects: Onshore.
• Location: Indonesia.
• Rotation: 90/16 days on/off or 75/21 days on/off.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience with instrumentation and control system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations, technical standards, and compliance practices.
• Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS tools (SAP, Maximo, Datastream, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and vendor manuals.
• Clear and effective communication for reporting and teamwork.
• Strong safety mindset with consistent adherence to safe work practices.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional growth.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and anomalies.
• Inspect, test, and verify equipment using appropriate measuring tools.
• Repair or replace defective components to ensure system functionality.
• Anticipate potential failures and coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.
• Record maintenance activities and update CMMS data accurately.
• Generate reports on operations, breakdowns, and completed tasks.
• Provide supervisors with updates on progress, issues, and resource needs.
• Attend team and site coordination meetings as required.
• Follow all HSE rules and company safety procedures consistently.
• Report unsafe conditions or procedural gaps to supervisors.
• Engage in training programs and maintain personal learning records.
• Apply updated procedures, standards, and technical knowledge in daily tasks.
