We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience who are eager to learn and grow in the maritime recruitment domain.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and building a pool of qualified seafarers through various platforms, while also supporting the documentation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source seafarers through Cewmatch, Seajobs, and other recruitment platforms.
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and build a strong pool of seafarers.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection.
- Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.
- Support in document verification and management of seafarer records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and documentation activities.
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
