• Prior experience working on FPSO projects is required.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, contracts, and quality plans.
• Skilled in scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
• Solid problem-solving skills for on-site technical challenges.
• Experience in cost control, man-hour tracking, and project reporting.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site mechanical work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Monitor subcontractor staffing levels and qualifications to match project requirements.
• Promote safety practices and environmental compliance at all times.
• Organize inspections, testing, and quality control processes for mechanical work.
• Track project progress, report deviations, and propose solutions to maintain schedule adherence.
• Manage resources efficiently, including human, technical, and material assets.
• Resolve technical issues during execution and support team problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress records, cost updates, and man-hour tracking.
• Coordinate specialist vendors and external teams for timely task completion.
• Oversee commissioning processes, certification, and punch-list closure.
