• Job Title: Commissioning Deputy Hull Lead.
• Projects: FPSO.
• Location: First location: UAE, second location: Milan, third location: China, fourth location: Indonesia Onshore, fifth location: Indonesia Offshore.
• Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable).
• Start Date: ASAP.

• Overtime Rate: Applicable. 

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

• Proven experience in commissioning, start-up, and operation of industrial plants or FPSO units.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong understanding of pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and handover processes.
• Knowledge of national and international maritime and safety regulations (IMO, SOLAS, ISPS, MARPOL, Classification Society standards).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to review engineering documentation, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and KPI monitoring.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors, licensors, and vendors during plant execution phases.
• Awareness of HSE principles, risk assessments, and participation in HAZOP or safety review meetings.
• Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

• Coordinate and oversee all pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, testing, training, and handover activities.
• Review contracts, engineering documents, and technical specifications for operational readiness.
• Prepare and maintain execution plans and detailed schedules for all project phases.
• Supervise the creation and review of operational procedures, manuals, and performance test plans.
• Collaborate with licensors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Define commissioning priorities, spare parts, and consumable requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, track progress, and ensure compliance with project objectives.
• Conduct reviews of 3D models to verify accessibility, operability, and system integration.
• Participate in project meetings, HSE planning, and HAZOP reviews as required.
• Support vessel or plant operations in compliance with national and international regulations.
