Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on an offshore tug operating in Israel. You will support safe vessel navigation and tug operations, working closely with the Master and Chief Officer in a professional and safety-focused team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with safe navigation, passage planning, and watchkeeping
• Support tug operations, towing, and maneuvering as directed
• Monitor vessel position, traffic, and weather conditions
• Assist with safety drills, ISM/ISPS procedures, and documentation
• Oversee assigned deck crew tasks and maintenance
• Ensure safe working practices on deck and on bridge

Requirements:

• Valid 2nd Officer (OOW) license, STCW-compliant
• Previous experience on tugs or offshore vessels preferred
• All required STCW certificates and valid medical
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a small team
